Refund policy

All items are custom made by hand. We have a strict NO REFUNDS, NO returns and NO cancellations policy.  If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In the event of any returns, buyer assumes all responsiblity for any return shipping and/or  handling fees.
